For Canadian addresses we use Canada Post and US residents we use USPS.

Yes, we do. Availability for pick-up is 7 days a week. Let us know what day and time you are available and we can go from there.

There are three sizes available: 7" 9" and 11" and they are all measured from the nose bridge down to the very bottom of the beard mask.

We are happy to help you with the exchange only if the product has missing parts or defective/damaged upon opening the package. Please send us a photo for verification.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning your item(s) back to us. The shipping cost is non-refundable therefore if you received a refund, the cost of shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund.

At this time, we do not provide returns due to sanitary reasons. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We always aim to make sure that our customers love our products therefore if you need to exchange your items due to defective reasons, we are more than happy to provide an exchange. You would have to cover the shipping cost to ship it back to us. Items must be unworn and in new condition with mask still in the original plastic wrap. We reserve the right to inspect your product upon arrival before approving an exchange.

Please note you may be charged additional customs and duties upon arrival for international packages. However, 99% of the time our international customers do not get charged for the duty fees.
